Company Returns ProcedureReturns and Refunds ( Unsatisfactory Items Ordered ) Returns and Refunds ( Unsatisfactory, Faulty or Damaged in Transit ) If you recieve damaged items or the products recieved go faulty within the first 28 Days we will offer either a refund or exchange, if after 28 days and upto 6 months return them we will exchange for same or simalr item to the same value. If returning items please send to us with your Name, Address and Invoice / Customer Number and a note explaining the problem so we can refund / replace the items/s for you. If you have lost your invoice number please supply full address supplied when ordering. Distance Selling Regulations To cancel you can email us, (see contact us for details) within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your customer/invoice number. You must take reasonable care of the items and must not use them. You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner.
