Day Mobile Phone Exchange/Refund If you have purchased a T-Mobile handset, you will have to contact T-Mobile's customer service in order to confirm you are returning the handset. T-Mobile require that the customer instigates the return procedure - please make sure you have done this before returning your purchase. Where you choose to return the phone under the 14-day money back period you will remain liable for the line rental charges and any call costs from the date of connection until cancellation is effected. Solware Ltd. do not accept liability for these charges. Sim free Mobiles If you send back a Sim Free Mobile Phone and do not have a replacement or an alternate phone we will charge you and administration fee of £17.50. This will be deducted from the total purchase amount. That amount will then be credited to your card. Faulty Mobile Phone Policy If the Phone purchased from us develops a fault whithin the first 30 days then we will replace or arange a replacmentfor you, if the mobile becomes faulty after 30 days and before 12 months it is the responsibility of the Manufacture, you will need to find ther nearest service centre to take or post to. They will then repair or replace the handset for you under there repair policy. You may request a refund for faulty phones (mechanical breakdown) within a reasonable amount of time (normally 28 days) but you will be responsible for the remaining term of the airtime agreement.(normally 12 months) unless returned under the 14 day refund guarantee as above. All items supplied must be returned as new and not damaged in any way. Contracts do not affect your statutory rights. 6 Month Accessory

Tariff Changes If you take out a contract mobile phone and change to a lower tariff within 4 months/120 days, thereby causing a commission claw back from the relevant Network operator you accept and agree that we can take the amount clawed back via the credit or debit card used to initially purchase your mobile phone.
